About a month ago I lodged a complaint to MTN via Hello Peter. I got a response from a lady named Mantoa promising me that my problem will be attended to and I will be given feedback directly. I was even given an REQ number. It's now 3 weeks later and I still haven't received any form of feedback as promised.
