Hi,
I have posted an issue I was experiencing with the Vodacom network on the 8th November 2012.
I received a lengthy sms and a call from a Vodacom technician explaining the upgrades taking place in the Secunda area as the reason for my poor reception & network issues.
To date, I am still experiencing these issues! Now, more so on the data side. I cannot connect to the internet or even update info on mobile apps that require an internet connection.
All fair and good that the networks in Secunda are being upgraded, but can someone please inform me on the progress & when these upgrades will be completed.
It's becoming extremely frustrating and to the point where switching to another more reliable network, seems enticing.
