A couple of months ago i found out that the contract that i signed for wasnt the contract that they loaded. so after a huge fight with MTN i walked into a store and downgraded from an open plan to a my call200 contract.. the consultant that helped me showed me the amount i will be paying after the downgrade that was about R100 less. after keeping an eye on my account thinking MTN making a mistake i came to the conclusion that they refused to downgrade my contract. so in light of all this. i want a clear explanation on why my contract has not been downgraded as i have signed the paperwork already at the MTN branch in Florida Lake a couple of months ago... and i want that money that was deducted extra back in my account.
