Changed contract without my consent - FURIOUS!!!

To whom it may concern,

I am HIGHLY dissapointed with Vodacom, i have had a contract with you for 4 years and have had no issues until now. Someone went WITHOUT my consent and changed my contract over to the Blackberry talk 100, in total they have taken R5000 off of my account as it was debited. over a month ago they changed me back to the 315 business top up and last night R2000 went off my account, i am extremely furious as they have NO right taking that money from me, i want to be refunded or i will make this very ugly and have no choice to take this further. Your call center are absolutely useless as they can never help me and just keep telling me they will log calls, i even called again and they said they cant log anymore, i keep being told someone will contact me within 24hrs and not even that happens, i also got a message to say my monies will be refunded within 3 to 7 working days, and as figured not even that happened so they are just lying to me, with the R2000 being taken off my account last night it has put me in big trouble. PLEASE will someone handle this asap.
