About 4 days ago got a sms from a law firm VVM stating that my vodacom contract has been handed over asking me to contact them to arrange payment. I call the no . and im told that vodacom hand me over because i owe them R2700, i tell them my contract ended 2011 and i did not renew it and had number changed to prepaid, they then tell me to call vodacom. I call vodacom, am told cant help me cause account handed over nothing they can do, give the consultant the contract telephone no. and she checks it and says everything is in order, contract was not renewd and was changed to prepaid, so call VVM again. It was my first no. i got from vodacom i have only had one contract with vodacom, i opened a contract with vodacom a few years back after a year there was problem with debt orders, i was informed and told to come in and sort it out, go to vodacom canal walk, pay the areas, i get a new sim no., could not make or receive calls from old no., debt orders went off and as far as i knew contract went on, vodacom never called or sent anything to say i owed any money, tried to explain to VVm, i was called and told cant speak to someone like me who doesnt understand
