More than two years ago I changed my wife's contract from a Blackberry Talk 240 to an iPhone Talk 240. During this entire period I was still charged for the blackberry service which was NOT used. I lodged a complaint about this and was refunded ~R50 (one month's charge) when I should be refunded for more than 24 months worth of service that was never used. How do your systems not pick up that it is now an iPhone contract and therefore any unneeded service should be cancelled. The SR logged with Vodacom was S3-TMA2P-POMUV. I have never been given a courtesy call as a follow up to see if this was in order. My last correspondence with Vodacom left me with the impression that I would be fully refunded, however as stated earlier this was NOT the case. Look forward to hearing from you.
