I recently upgraded my Vodacom modem and Rewards Co also changed the package without any consent. The number is 0827173552.
I was using the internet until I realised that I ran out of data quicker than I normally do. This is because my previous Broadband Advanced 2.5 Gig plan included the Night Owl service. I do not wish to be on a Top up plan and would like to have this changed ASAP but trying to get through to the call center is a mission on its own.
