Vodacom business has committed on my business contract and have not since made restitution in over a month. They debited my account with 3 consecutive amounts on the same day without my consent and NOT the amount I signed for on my contract. I paid an additional amount as I had not seen these transactions and didn't want to risk my account bring in arrears. When I did notice I called to get my extra payment refunded. Nothing. I sent POP and still nothing. They still had the audacity to further debit my account yesterday with another amount when they already have an additional payment. To make matters worse is the incompetence at Vodacom. NO ONE could help me as I was pushed from pillar to post to the point that I was so frustrated and angry that I couldn't speak to anyone further. If Vodacom do not sort this out ASAP then I will be taking this further. We sign contracts for a reason to cement a FIXED amount and date of payment. Corporations like Vodacom should be honouring those contracts. NOT doing what they feel like. What's a contract worth then???
