Vodacom gave a credit after my high bill query

I got an extraordinarily large bill for my Vodacom 3G subscription in July, saying I had used up my 1G worth of data for the month in one day.
I queried this, and after just over a month of waiting for reports and investigations, have just been informed that as a "Gesture of Goodwill" they will be crediting my account with an amount that ends up with me just paying my normal subscription and a bit extra.
WOW! So impressed! Normally companies don't give you the benefit of the doubt, once they have your money they keep it and most investigations end up at a dead end leaving you feeling frustrated and robbed.
Throughout the account investigation, I have had emails or phone calls giving me the status of the investigation which is so refreshing, knowing that someone is actually on it.
Go Vodacom!!! Thank you for an amazing service!!!
