PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM

I SENT IN DEVICE FOR REPAIRS (CAUSE OF REPAIRS NOT CAUSED BY ME, PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE) 2 WEEKS AGO AND STIL DID OT GET ANY FEED BACK REGARDING THE MATTER. WHEN I CALL THE STORE THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT I MUST CALL OTHER BRANCHES AND I HAVE OT RECEIVED ANY SATISFACTION FROM USING THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. I HAD ENOUGH OFF VODACOM AND THEIR INCOMPITANT ATTITUDE!!!
I HAVE POSTED A COMLAINT ON THIS WIEB PAGE A FEW DAYS AGO BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT.
VODACOM IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE, DU TO THE SERVICE THAT IS PROVIDED.
FUTHERMORE VODACOM DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR ERRORE MADE ON THEIR SIDE AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR PROBLEMS FOUND ON THE DEVICE.
PLEASE LEARN TO TRAIN THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOUR STORES AS WELL CAUSE THEY SEEM TO NOT KNOW ANYTHING!!!
PLEASE ALSO BENCHMARK FROM OTHER CELLPHONE COMPANIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE UR PATHETIC SERVICE.
IM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT IS PROVIDED.
