In November of 2012 Vodacom billed me -R17000 for Data usage that was incurred within in 3 days. I queried this as I didn't believe that the bill was accurate as I was not using the sim card (0764222273) in question. Investigations were conducted and Vodacom informed me that I didn't qualify for the debt write-off even though I didn't run the bill in question. I was then given 30% discount as a gesture. I was told that I would be black listed if I didn't settle the bill. Fearing being black listed I made an arrangement to pay off the debt within two years even though I didn't run the high bill. On the 3rd of Dec I made the arrangement and started paying R560 by end of Dec 2012. I was given the impression that this was dealt with and that it would be settled and no comebacks, then in January 2013, my Transunion credit report stated that I was 30 days overdue on this account. I thought a mistake was made, and thought they would rectify on my next report. The next credit report in February 2013 stated that I was now 60 days overdue. I queried this with Vodacom and am still waiting for a reply and in the meantime they continue to give a bad report about me on Credit Bureau.
