R10 200 taken out my account for 3G and not refund

My 3G bill ran up to over R10 000 - my normal average is R150, when the bill got to R7 000 Vodacom sent me an email saying they suspected high usage... long story short there is a Vodacom App that apparently runs in the background of your Ipad and you dont pay for what is downloaded, you pay for the length of time this app runs - however, if you dont know it is running - you never know it needs switching off. Vodacom did an assessment and confirmed they would credit R9 700 of the bill as a position of good gesture - i had to sign forms stating i understood this was a credit based on a good gesture from Vodacom and they were in no way in the wrong, this signed form confirmed Vodacom would credit my account, what Vodacom did do however, was take the money from my bank account, after numerous emails and phone calls, credited my Vodacom account, and not by bank account, this is literally my rent money that Vodacom have taken, and after 22 emails and several visits to the store, do not have the decency to reply to me and advise when the money will be credited to my bank account, it is no good having a R10 000 credit on a 3G account where i spend R150 a month but i cant pay my rent
