HUGE BILL BY VODACOM AFTER LOCKED DATA CARD

Dear Michael (VAN WYK) ADVANCED INVESTIGATIONS VODACOM

Thank you for your gesture of goodwill offering me a 60 % discount on the disputed data card, received on the 7th of February 2013. I have a problem with this offer on the following grounds:

1 Vodacom deducted R25 000 of disputed data usage off my account in January, not R17000 (which is preposterous at any rate, seeing as we budgeted for, and used R149/month)
2 Vodacom had been receiving payments from me of thousands of rands on a contract that should have cost me R149/month for several months before January 2013.
3 When we queried this excess the card was blocked on December 9, 2012
4 IN JANUARY 2013, MORE THAN R5000 (R5 848.69) WORTH OF DATA WAS CHARGED TO MY "BLOCKED"ACCOUNT WITH THE DATA CHIP CARD FIRMLY IN A DRAWER SINCE 9 DECEMBER 2013.

I have consitantly claimed that someone has cloned this card and the continued usage against my account on a disabled data card confirms this.

We are now no-longer speaking about partial refunds. We are speaking about reclaiming acquired data for which I continue to be billed.
