Incorrect Billing and data usage

After upgraded to a new Z10 my vodacom account was normal for the next 2 months it various between R1500 - R2000 per month as my cellphone, tablet and 3 g are on one account. All of a sudden I received an account of over R14 000-00 end of July 2013. That was because of apperant datausage. We lodge an investigation end of July. The investigating officer phoned me back and told me it is my email account on my handset that is using all the data. They also credited my account for the amount of R14248.78 as a once-off gesture of goodwill. End of August I received another account of over R6000. We went back to vodaworld and the data technition as well as Blackberry technition told me that it is impossible that my device can use 2 g of data within the first two weeks of a month. This was again a data usage problem. We lodge another investigation and the lady phoned me back with different stories. The one day she told me it is my friend's status updates and two days later it is my facebook. She suggested that I go to a vodacom repair shop and that a technition check it out. Once again the technition told me nothing is wrong on my phone. Please Help!
