Incompetent act on Cell C

7 months ago, I laid a complaint at Cell C in Kenilworth Centre to their manager, Bronwyn. She sent an e-mail to the head office with the complaint that I had issued. Cell C had not responded to my complaint and being a busy working mum with 4 children it had completely slipped my mind. In the interim of Cell C Wifi not working in my house, I had to opt for another telecommunications company, 8ta, who provided an excellent service in my area. Having noticing every month that R160.00 had been deducted from my debit order, I eventually contacted the Cell Call centre who had absolutely no idea how to speak with a client over the phone. During the month of September, I had made numerous phone calls in order to resolve issue, which is a cancellation of my account and a refund as I had not received Internet connection for these past 7 months. Ashton/Ashlen had come to my house and explained that there was no connection in the Kenilworth area whilst Khulani from the call center had insisted we were using 1GB per month but it was proven we had no connectiviy. Cell C has now for the second time said they are re-opening the case. I am outraged and fed up. Please help!!!
