Wait more than a month for Internet connect Part 2

This is in response to my earlier report

Phoned Cell C Direct. After another 20 minutes of holding, call center assistant picks up.

Apparently, they have a backlog at their warehouse. Why did they just let me hang, and not at least inform me what is going on? This after Cell C promised on HelloPeter to contact me back (see above link to complaint).

Also, the woman asserts after enquiry that they have my address and phone number wrong. So how did they send sms'es and do the delivery in the first place? She definitely has my ID number right.

Either their database is hopelessly up, or the assistant was incompetent. I don't even want to know the answer. It truly scares me a bit.

I just want the very basic that I requested: my working WiFi Router, and working Internet Connection. I have work that I do at home, that is currently on hold because of "No Internet".

If they debit my account at the end of this month, and I still do not have the service that I applied for at begin Feb, I will send this complaint to every newspaper and forum that I can find that will publish it.
