I thought Cell C might be able to resolve my connection issue when they at least responded to my previous complaint. I was however not surprised when their promises remained empty.
I was asked to fill out a network connection form but have not heard back from Cell C since. I called the call center again last night (note 1.5 weeks after my initial complaint), only to be told they cannot help me.
I would like someone from Cell C to please call me to resolve the issue.
