About 2 months ago the cell c network in my area just stopped working. We cant make calls, receive calls, sent SMS or go on the internet. I called Cell c and formally complained about the lack of service. Cell C stated that they will escalate the problem to their technician who will resolve the problem within 2 -4 weeks.
4 weeks later i called again. Still no signal. All the sudden the call center cannot trace my complaint, meaning that there was no complaint. So i had to file another complaint. This time I was told that the turn-around time for complaints are 4-6 weeks.
So I waited another 4 weeks and call Cell C again. This time the call center told me that the problem was escalated to their technical department and i have to wait until they resolve it. This can take several weeks or months.
Hallo, I have to keep paying my contract bill each month so what is the use of having a cellphone if I cannot use it. Also, my bill is each month R250 but last month my bill is over R800. How is it possible for me to pay almost triple, if I cannot even make a call?
I really expected better from Cell C, but it seems to me that you are worse than the other 2 networks.
