Connection Fee

The last week of August I took out a second contract. I phoned cell c and asked them when the first debit order will go off my bank account. They replied and said the end of September 2013. I it will be part of the Aug and then for the month of September. No problem with that, there was 10min / 10 sms and 10 data on the account. A few days ago I receive my statement for the two numbers. One is fine no problem the other number the new one got extra charges like phone calls just over R14 - I want to know what numbers was dialled but then I need to pay to get that and probably going to coast more than the R14. wheres my min? There is also a connection free of R100 - on 3 occasions when I spoke to the people at Cell C they said because I'm an exiting client I don't need to pay the connection fee. I did log a complaint and I received and SMS from Cell C to inform me that the connection charges will not be refunded. Did they even listen to all recordings??? Where 3 consultants told me there is no connection fee.
Cell C go and get the recordings and listen to it - and refund me.
