Pathetic customer service

I''ve realised the only way to get someone to phone you from CellC is to report them to Hellopeter. I got a call the next day but was not given the correct info. Busi didn't do anything about my complaint. She assured me BBM is unlimited and the data is for internet, Facebook etc. That evening my son run out data and guess what, no BBM!! Customer service then assured me it's not unlimited and uses your data. She sent Busi a mail to phone me on We'd 25th. Still waiting!! Nothing surprising from CellC. This morning customer service said it's too late to increase the BIS it should've been done yesterday. Was told to phone when it expires which was 12pm last night!! Suddenly No record one of Busi phoning me which was how the consultant traced her name to mail her, or the mail sent to her. This is so typical CellC. Vodacom and MTN still have unlimited BBM and internet, contrary to what she says.
