ME OF MY PURCHASED SERVICES

Despite having lodged several complaints about the pathetic internet connection in my area, nothing was done about and we still having the same problem. Now I am faced with another issue of cell c me for services which I purchased. I have BB Z10 and purchased the Z10 bundle for R59 which includes unlimited bbm and 1gig data for the month. I have used up my 1gig data and now I can't access my bbm which was suppose to be free. I had this phone for about three months and had the same issue since but never questioned it until now. Cell C has really gone too far and crossed the line. When I load airtime or buy data then I am able to use my bbm - but this should not be the case as it suppose to be unlimited for the month. I lodged a complaint on the call centre but as usual nothing has been done. I want a refund for the months I have being robbed from cell c and the internet connectivity to improve in my area. I am really furious!
