Every weekend like clockwork the usual 3G coverage in my home area of Kenilworth, Cape Town reduces to an EDGE GPRS connection only, and this connection usually times out and doesn't work at all. Thus I go from a working and usually-reliable connection to NO connection. I have tried all manner of phone resets and restarts - the network is the problem. It seems on weekends Cell C switches me over to a low priority or something. I have checked to see if Vodacom has coverage and they do. If Cell C cannot increase their support for users in this residential area then I'm moving over to Vodacom!
