I upgraded my contract on 1 Aug. I took a Blackberry Q10. My subscription is R400 . I assumed this was with BIS. The sales person never told me it is not included. I would've taken one where BIS was included otherwise or a cheaper contract. So I went back to Nashua and told them I want to downgrade because I was informed that I could do so end of Sept. I was told I must wait until Jan. End of Aug my debit order went off for R400, when I was told my first debit order will go off end of Sept. Now, end of Sept, my debit order is R600 . I am still waiting for someone to DOWNGRADE my contract or cancel it if you want. This is terrible for NAshua!
