My father has a contract with Nashua Mobile for a Cell C Speedstick 5G @ R299.00, which I pay via debit order. Apparently the contract ended in June 2013, but no one bothered to notify either one of us. They just carried on with a new debit order for R599.00 per month. We've tried to terminate the contract on 31 July 2013, but they just billed us again for August 2013. This is against the consumer protection act, yet I can't get anyone at Nashua Mobile to help me terminate this over priced contract!!!
