We have had our cellphone contract with Nashua Mobile for nearly 10 years and this year they have completely ignored the signed contract with have them. Our contract states that they will debit off the allocated amount on the 1st of every month. For the past three months they have failed to do this and have taken off the amount on the day before. This causes the debit order to be returned and we also get a bad credit rating. We also get charged an amount from the bank and from nashua mobile for the debit order being returned. The first time it happened, they reversed the charge of the debit order. Now the just continue to do what they want. The reason the debit order is for the first of the month is because money is in our account that day.
