I have had it with Nashua Mobile and their pathetic service. If they don't soft lock your phone by accident then they bill you twice. My debit order is set for the 1st day of each month but for some reason Nashua Mobile decided to deduct my March debit order the 26th of March when the debit order reversed they now charge me for the admin fee. But in my binding contract with them it clearly states the 1st of each moth. I just feel this if Victimisation of the consumer who authorised the debit order for the 26th? If my binding contract stats the 1st how can I be liable for a debit order that was reversed because it was unpaid? And the best part is this is not the first time as I see this matter Nashua Mobile has abborded the binding contract between us. I have had it with Nashua Mobile's Accounts department. If they don't do they work correctly the consumer just has to pay and when trying to resolve the matter telephonically you either have to hold forever and deal with rude staff or they just cant help you!! I will not pay R62.50 for the neclectigancy of Nashua mobile its not a lot of money but the matter is its not me at fault. Hopefully I will have some reaction to this complaint.
