I purchased a 500mb data bundle by dialing *111#, it asked me to select 1 in order to proceed in taking R159 from my airtime. I replied by selecting 1 to proceed and an error came up and said try again later. BUT my airtime has already been deducted with R159 and i have 0mb of data.! This is unacceptable!
