Unexplained disconnections: 20 of 60 days!

*New tablet, data contract initiated with Nashua mobile 03 July 2013.
*1st incident: 07 August: line is soft locked. Upon calling I was rerouted between departments at my cost of about 10 min on a cellular phone. Reason for softlock given: I had to make an once-off payment of R99 manually on top of my debit order. This was not communicated with me and I had agreed that all charges may be taken from my debit order. TIME OF DISCONN: 1 day
*2nd incident: 21 Aug: Softlocked again.
*3rd incident: 31 Aug: Completely disconnected from services. Nashua Mobile call centre not available for such enquires during the weekend. Called call centre on 02 Sept, 15 minutes on the phone. Eventually called back by consultant. Reason for disconnection: disconnected by Risk and dept, reason unknown. Services reconnected afternoon 04 Sept. Explanation by consultant: nothing wrong was found and it was their fault and they apologised for the inconvenience. 96hours disconnected.
*4th incident: disconnected 28 Sept (Saturday). Exactly the same scenario as incident 3. Despite multiple calls I have not been reconnected after 15 days.
Total loss of connection 20 days.
