Post my complain on the 3rd of Sept 2013, I'm delighted to say that our issue was resolved. In fact, I want to state categorically that Vonzell Van Stander was in fact NOT at fault. As the GM of the Welkom Branch, he came to our store with the Techincal Manager (who was at fault) to apologize and assist us in managing the equipment. Vonzell went over and beyond the call of duty to assist us and to really represent his company well. Everything has been sorted and I applaud Vonzell for speedily assisting and coming to a resolution. I'm certain we won't experience the same service in future. Thanks Mr Nel and Vonzell for stepping up and putting your customers first. Its highly appreciated and we will continue with our contract at Nashua in Welkom.
