I regret the day I took out a contract with Virgin Mobile...
I have so many complaints I don't know where to start... If it's not this then its that!
I've had numerous times where I just had no service for no reason. The one time I was offline for 3 days!
The other time I phoned in to check my balance and only to find out the next day that the 'awesome champs' decided to take R600 of my airtime and put my balance in MINUS R195!!!
Now this month my bill is R1099 but I'm on a TOP UP R199, which is not possible to have a bill over R199!! COMPLETE! Now cause of their error my debit orders will bounce cause of insufficient funds! Who is going to carry the costs? Me!! Cause I'm the biggest for taking out a contract with them.
Like I said, REGRET TAKING OUT A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
