I know from all prior occasions that billing is slower than a dead snail.
Thanks to your utterly billing system coupled with completely incompetent staff, you guys owe me money. I have sent through the request to billing, but in my interest of forgetting you guys ever existed, I want someone with clout to take a walk down to billing and light a fire up those snails rears so that my query can be resolved sometime before the sun explodes and destroys us all.
