Virgin Mobile South Africa
Complaint - VirginMobile - Unauthorised Deductions

I have a contract with Virgin Mobile for an amount of R199 per month which gives me airtime of R199 p/m 1000 free SMS's.
I could have upgraded in October last year to a Blackberry at a higher monthly cost different benefits, but advised them in writing that I wish to remain on my current option. We noticed hereafter that monies were being deducted from the airtime and after numerous enquiries found out that it was for SMS's, which should've been free. An amount of R299 was also deducted from my debit order instead of R199.After numerous correspondences they passed some credit on our airtime. On 01/05/13 a substantial amount was deducted from the airtime, and were told that they are busy with systems update and it will be corrected. When no corrections were made, I made enquiries and we were told for the 1st time that the terms and conditions of use have changed and that we are not allowed to accumulate more that 3 months airtime. I requested proof of correspondence and acceptance by me of this unilateral amendment in contract conditions, and have not received anything to date. I get an update credit monthly on 01st of R199, but only received R108 for June. Same reason was given.
