This is now the third month I have had a contract with Virgin Mobile and they are still once again in breach of their contract when it comes to billing! Each month I use less than than my free allowance of calls for a contact that cosrs me R199 per month so requested itemised billing for this month to find that I will be having over R600 deducted this month so I am now paying for a bill that is firstly not mine and secondly not what was budgeted for. Last month I was promised that their billing section had rectified their errors but yet again the problem occurs. I will now be taking this problem further to the newspapers as well as the ombudsman as this is not acceptable for an organisation who can also just debit an individuals bank account each month as they please. Their service is the most despicable, most dishonest contract I have ever encountered over all my years! I honestly feel that the South Africa branch has disgraced Richard Branson's name and tarnished it in its entirety.
