I spent over 1 hour this morning trying to get details on my business contract to connect to MTN Active to get a breakdown of my accounts.
After 1 hour of MANY phone calls, I still don't have anything...
After having my account with MTN for estimate of 0 years, it Seems it will be MUCH EASIER TO PORT TO VODACOM than to try get any existing details from MTN!!
Can't believe this is what MTN thinks service is...
