Vodacom customer service!!!

I had an issue with getting banking details for payment by EFT. I was on the phone for an HOUR, with 4 different departments and still no one could help me, even just with my login details to my account. The last one said i can go to my nearest vodacom shop with ID and account nr and pay over the counter. I told him thats funny cause i know for a while now they don't do it but he still said I can. I took off and went to the shop, just to find out that they can't help me and need to go the the closest standard bank and make a cash deposit. I decided to phone call centre again and the guy that helped me, gave me the details over the phone with no hassles. So my question to vodacom is: Who trains your call centre staff? cause clearly dont have no clue what they are doing and just wasting peoples precious time and money. Clearly all that its about is making money and not giving a flying about the customers.
