Asking for depositor details never provided

This is the third time I am complaining about the lack of response when asking for more details on a deposit done into our account. Each time I get a different excuse.

Today I tried after asking three times for details to do it myself. It took me two telephone calls and under one hour to get the information myself. So why do I pay banking fees and why bother giving me a business banker if I can do it myself?

If it is easier for me to do it then tell me to do it myself and I will. Don't promise me you will assist me and then not bother.

Even a previous meeting was a waste of time. All that was established is that certain branches don't follow the correct procedure and a few months later I am still sitting with the same problem.

We should have stayed with ABSA as they are far better than FNB and at least they got back to me when asking for depositor's details.
