I was at cellc head office port elizabeth 16/01/2013. Spoke to Kim, at reception, asked her three times whether a dual sim was possible, and waited an hour in the queue. Spoke to Siphokazi Sintwa, only to be told that I cannot do it because it is prepaid. She called the manager, Gadijah Oliveria, to confirm. I completely wasted an hour in the queue. I could have been told this up front, and not spent all that time in the queue.
I asked their details, and they gave the above names and phone number 0413960500 as reference.
I made them aware of my grievance, and was told that the lady in front is new, and has not had training yet. I am entirely unhappy, having my time wasted like this, and no solution to my problem either.
