Good day
I have been billed on my Vodacom account for the past two months with almost R500 more than the agreed contract price. I have these contracts now for a couple of months with an average bill of between R1300 - R1500 which is acceptable as this is for 2 x telephones plus a tablet. For July I get a bill from Vodacom for R2000 and again for August for R1750. Firstly i went in to my branch being Montana Kolonnade. The service there was terrible and the consultant was plain rude and just not in the mood to assist us. I went to Vodacom 4U branch also in Kolonnade who went absolutely out of their way to assist up to the point where head office (accounts) was needed. I contacted them today and all they can tell me is that i went over my data bundles which is complete and utter nonsense as i have a 'limit reminder' installed that warns me when i am close to the end of my bundle usage. Also i use my phone mainly at home where i have unlimited wi-fi. I want answers from Vodacom and was promised itemised billing for the last 6 months will be forwarded... if Vodacom keeps on '' money frim me i will have no choice than to look for a new service provider. I am awaiting your reply.
