No feedback whatsove

On 24/08 I went to the Vodacom store at N1 City to add a new contract to our existing company account with Vodacom. I called the store the day before & I was assured that bank statements were needed, even though it was an existing account. 1 Hour at the bank & 100 pages later, i went to the Vodashop, only to find that it was not needed. I decided to port my number from MTN which would take 30 days. After completing the forms and supplying required documents, I was advised that someone would contact me. I also advised Anya what contract and phone I would like but she advised that this was not needed at this stage. After no response, I called on 02/09 to find out that it had been approved. I was now asked what phone I would like. The phone is now out of stock. It would have to be ordered but had no idea of how long it would take. When asked what the procedure going forward is, as there is still a notice period for the number to be ported, she again had no idea. She advised that Jacques would call me with more details. A day later & still nothing. I wonder if moving from MTN is such a good idea. MTN has always given me good service. Does anyone know how to do their job?
