MTN CALL CENTRE!!!

I went to MTN Pavillion on Sunday to port from 8ta to MTN. I spent just over an hour in the que and was thereafter assisted by a really helpful lady. She told me that the port will take between 2-24 hours.

I sent an online query yesterday because the port still did not come through. Mandla Matomane said that I must call 083 123 0173 to sort out the problem. I spent in excess of R 120 to try getting through and MTN constantly puts me on hold - and I still didn't get to speak to a consultant.

My MTN sim is still not active.

Looks like MTN either has lazy staff who don't bother answering their calls or the volume of complaints are so great that MTN workers cannot handle it... both situations are concerning.

I need my sim to be active - I need to make calls, etc. When will MTN sort it out?

Looks like MTN does not bother if it is not their time and money being wasted...
