I am travelling abroad. I have activated the roaming.service for my number 0794923881. It worked for three days and was turned off by vodacom. My son contacted vodacom and they refuse to help. They want me to phone the help desk, but I cannot because I have NO SERVICE. I have locked a fault via sms from another number. I received confirmation that they will give attention to my problem within one hour. This was three days ago. Ref 004 MuMAYH and Ref 005RuRAMM. I need this service urgently. Please help vodacom, I will still be abroad for some time. I have NO OTHER WAY to contact you.
