I phoned mtn 809 number 6/5/2013 to activate my international roaming for a trip to Barcelona with business partners, mtn told me the roaming will be activated. When i arrived in Barcelona this was not the case after several calls from my wife to mtn they told us that is was activated on the 9/5/2013, today, 14/5/2013 im back in RSA and my mtn is working fine without any removing of a sim or even restarting my phone, i couldnt send sms's or phone from it while abroad. I have spend more than an hour today trying to voice my concern with mtn. Mr Antonia Peters is apparently the only person that can assist and has been meetings the whole day. Mtn really at service and if i can have a say i would move over to vodacom tomorrow
