Call center agent with bad attitude

I called call center on Sunday (29 Sep 13) to request bill limit increased and agent (Catherine) said I cant increase my limit because I can only increase it once in month and I explained her that I had already increased it twice in the same month she then said she will ask her team leader Ruth o call within an hour, I called back after an hour and asked to speak to Ruth who sounded irritated over the line and she also told me it is impossible to increase limit more than once in a month and I asked for an alternative to be able to make calls but insisted that I will have to wait until the 1st of the month to make calls and we got cut off, not sure if she put the phone down or if the line just cut us off.
I called in again today (30 Sep 13) to request bill limit increase and it was done immediately.

I would team leaders should be knowledgeable enough to be able to assist clients and have a good attitude to people who need help for things which in my view should be possible to do. I was stranded and needed to make a call but the agent did not care!
