I have contacted vodacom customer care to assist with sms roaming as numerous times I have travelled overseas and activated sms roaming via ROAMON to 123 - and I have the same issue everytime... I CANNOT SEND ANY SMS TO ANY NUMBER, LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL!!!
The feedback I get every time I call the call centre - they say my number is active for roaming... so why do I have the same issue every time I travel. I'm now oversea and cannot make contact... Voadcom service has dropped and I think its time I switch to a far more superior service provider. Can someone urgently sort out my connection and sms me confirmation as I am overseas (Thailand)
