I have been trying to solve the problem with the accounts department of Nashua, but have and no luck in resolving the issue.

I traveled abroad from 25 June 2013 to 9 July 2013. I activated SMS-roaming on my cellphone (072 454 2822). I did not activate any other internasional services.

I understand from Vodacom that if I sent a SMS while on SMS-roaming I am charged R2.71 (R2.41 excl VAT) for the SMS, but receiving SMS are free.

This was not the case when I received my billing for July/August. I was also charged for received SMS while I was abroad.

Nashua has apparently requested Vodacom to investigate. I received a reply that the charges on my account were correct and that I have sent sms. This is not true.

I have detailed backup of my sms's that prove the date and the time I received sms and sent. The received sms's time corresponds to those on my billing.

Also the confirmation sms received from Vodacom that my roaming is active was charged at R2.41.

According to the billing I "sent" over 50 sms to 27829129 and was charged R2.41 for each sms. I requested all charged to my account for sms "sent" to 27829129 be reversed.
