I have been on a 4mbps Premium Uncapped Package with MWEB for well over a year. The last month my download speed has drastically slowed down. I contacted the Call Center & the kind lady assured me the account is in good standing & not being throttled. She reset the account as per my request just to be sure. All was good for around 2 mins, after which everything slowed down again!
According to MyAccount, my ADSL is marked as unthrottled. This is clearly not correct as i am hardly able to download a large file without pulling out my hair. I have done a speedtest on several occasions & the result is far from what should be expected. (0.04mb/s download)
I have subsequently applied for cancellation, because I refuse to pay so much money for a service I am not receiving. I am still stuck on this account until the end of next month, due to your lengthy and unnecessary notice period. All I ask is that you return my account to it's normal speed.
