I have activated roaming on my line as I was abroad for 7 days. Out of those 7 days I spent 4 days on the plane with my phone and Data turned off. As I know it costs money I hardly ever used my phone. When I retuned to SA I noticed that my bill was R17800... I called to do an enquiry on the 29th of October at 14;00 and Megan at the call centre said that someone will call me back and I will then receive a Data billing information sheet.By yesterday I still have not heard of anyone at Vodacom so I phoned again. The same story, and still no one has called me back!!! CAN SOMEONE AT VODACOM PLEASE CALL ME SO THAT WE CAN HAVE A LOOK AT WHAT WENT WRONG HERE!!!
