HI,

I phoned Vodacom customer care on this past subday around 10am to activate my international roaming. They told me about the deposit I had to pay which is also shocking, but I made the payment. They didn't give me any email or nothnig about where I had to sent proof of payment. Around 13:00 they phoned me and asked if I made the payment and I said yes. The person from customer care said he would phone me back if I need to send the proof of payment somewhere.

I didn't here from him again until yesterday, Monday just after 10am, more than 24 hours later. They send me an sms telling me I had to fax proof of payment to s number before my roaming can be activated. I phoned customer care and waited for more than an hour before before I had to board my plain and still no answer. So im out of the country, with no roaming, due to the pathetic service of vodacom. Why do they wait more than 24 hours before they let me know about the fax of proof of payment and who still uses a fax in these modern days?? How shocking. Im losing big money on a daily basis, I will sue vodacom. Its almost 48 hours and still no roaming, so I want my money back!!! or my roaming activated ASAP.
