Appalling service

Three weeks ago the voicemail on my neotel line stopped working. I spoke to Sibusiso at technical services who ran me through all the usual steps, to no avail. She promised to get back to me, which never happened, despit my having left another message a day or two later with a colleague of hers . after a week I called back and asked to speak to someone in management. I was put through to Quinten, who was very polite and friendly, but was also unable to restore my voicemail. Last Friday, a week ago he undertook to get back to me once he had heard from network (?). This Wednesday, no phone call from him, phoned him again, once again he undertook to get back to me. Two days later, still no call... 3 weeks and waiting.
this is the second time in a year I have had thje same problem and the same lack of response. I am trying in the meantime to run my medical practice off this line a nd am dependant on it working properly. Really guys, what kind of srevice is thsi, and what do you expect me to say when friends and coleagues ask me ih I recommend neotel???
