Please be advised that my voicemail service which is supposed to be set up and in full working order for telephone numbers 0218255800 & 0218289155 is and has never worked for a single day!
I am able to set up my voicemail with personalised message, it goes to voicemail and even alerts me that I have x amount of missed calls plus x amount of voice mails, however when trying to retrieve the voice mails by following the prompts I don't get my voice mails instead it only does the following:
"You have x amount of voicemails"
"To listen to you voicemails press one"
Followed by the call back number but no voice mail, just simply nothing, followed by if you wish to replay this message press one, still no voice mails!!!
Please be advised that this has gone on for long enough and is costing my business lost revenue in missed calls with no voicemail service whatsoever and I need this RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY!!!
